• Custom made orders are dispatched within 14 days of purchase.
• In-stock items are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 days. 
• If for any reason your item is delayed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. 
• Once you have received your email notifying you that your order has been dispatched, it should take 1-4 working days to arrive. Expect longer for international orders.
• Delivery times may vary over busy periods such as Christmas and may take a little longer to arrive.
• Please ensure to double check that your address details are correct before submitting your order. If you wish to change your address, please email us ASAP and we will try and change it for you. If the wrong address is given and the items have already been dispatched we cannot be liable for a refund or pay for additional postage costs.
• All postal orders can be tracked online using a code provided.

• Should you experience any damages due to shipping, please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Please take into consideration the efforts that go into making sure every item is equally beautiful. We strive for customer satisfaction and take pride in everything we do. However, minor imperfections may be present. Please note when working with resin it can create air bubbles. These bubbles when cured can leave a very small hole on the surface of your item.

In order to maintain your resin pieces in perfect condition, we advise you

• Use a warm damp microfibre cloth to clean your resin piece.
• For a more thorough cleaning, use a mild cleaner such as a gentle dish soap.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals and perfumes on your resin piece.

Please note the following in the description box when ordering a custom piece. If you need some help, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we would love to help. 

• Should you want more then one colour, Please select the option multicoloured.
• If you have selected multicoloured please state which shades of colours.
• Please state what colour glitter, if requested.
• Please be as detailed as you can, on what design you would like. 
• You can email us pictures for reference.
• Colours are usually made with mica powders, Should you want alcohol inks or effects please let us know.

Please be mindful when ordering sets, Although they will look similar no items will ever be symmetrical.
